How to Cancel?

All cancellations must be done only through the VOW mobile app.

Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be credited immediately to your VOW Wallet.
  • Wallet balance can be used for future bookings anytime.

Refund Eligibility

Cancellation Before 48 hrs of Check-in
Refund Amount 40% of advance payment (VOW Wallet)

* Cancellations made on the same day of check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Bookings Not Eligible for Refund

  • Get Together bookings
  • Day Outing bookings
  • Just Walk-In bookings
  • Room Sharing bookings

Important Hotel Rules

Some hotels do not allow unmarried couples or local ID proofs. If this information is shown in the app, please verify before booking.

Hotels may deny check-in if:

  • Valid government ID is not provided
  • Minor guests are unaccompanied
  • The hotel suspects misuse of the property

In such cases, VOW will not be responsible for any refund.

This cancellation policy may change based on situations and will be updated from time to time in the VOW mobile application.

Customers are required to check the latest policy before booking to avoid unnecessary disputes.
